Job Overview:

As a Virtual Sales Representative for the oncology division, you'll play a key role in marketing and selling pharmaceutical products through virtual channels, such as teleconference and phone calls. Your role will involve presenting core selling messages, product materials, and samples to healthcare providers, building strong relationships, and driving the growth of the client's products. You will work closely with healthcare providers, office staff, and administrators to foster engagement and promote product adoption, all while ensuring a patient-first approach and adhering to industry compliance standards.

What You'll Do:

Product Education & Engagement

Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and clinical data of products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and office staff, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Tailor messages to address the specific needs of each healthcare provider, supporting informed decision-making and providing impactful value.
Stay informed on product updates, therapeutic areas, and the competitive landscape.
Virtual Relationship Management

Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, and administrators, creating open communication channels.
Use video conferencing and phone calls to engage with customers, ensuring a professional, credible, and trust-building approach.
Adjust engagement strategies based on individual preferences and schedules to maintain strong connections.
Sales Performance & Territory Management

Achieve sales targets by driving customer activation and product adoption in assigned territories.
Collaborate with team members to align strategies and share best practices for success.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting

Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage schedules, and document important insights.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
Provide feedback from healthcare professionals to sales and marketing teams to help inform future strategies.
Compliance & Professional Development

Maintain compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Foster professionalism and transparency in all interactions with healthcare professionals.
Customer-Centric Approach

Prioritize healthcare provider needs, delivering value-driven solutions that support patient care.
Respond to inquiries promptly and provide exceptional customer service.
Always maintain a patient-focused approach in all engagements.
What We're Looking For:

A 4-year degree from an accredited institution.
At least 18 months of experience in virtual sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or oncology space.
Strong ability to work independently while aligning with broader team strategies.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A keen ability to think strategically with a focus on results, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals in meaningful discussions.
