Job Description

Our technology client is looking for a self-motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to coordinate the rollout of Salesforce CRM solutions across global business operations. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and Agile development teams to ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives, timelines and scope.

• This is a temporary/contract engagement and is on-site in Austin, TX.
• The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• You will join an organization focused on innovation, operational efficiency and the development of solutions that automate business processes and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather, understand and document business and functional requirements
• Analyze organizational structure and operations to propose effective Salesforce-based solutions
• Create user stories and future-state process flows to support solution design and development
• Partner with the Product Manager to convert roadmap features into detailed, actionable user stories
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Facilitate key meetings including requirement workshops, system demos and user acceptance testing
• Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning alongside the Product Owner and Scrum Master
• Proactively manage project risks and escalate issues when needed
• Support and guide champion users across various teams to ensure successful adoption
• Provide ongoing production support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution and user communication
• Maintain thorough documentation of use cases, system functionality and requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, specifically Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
• Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in Agile environments
• Adaptable, eager to learn and solution-focused
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
