Our Solutions: Your Role: + As an HCM SE, you will bring your energy and passion to deliver presales functional support for a dynamic HCM cloud solution as a strategic partner of your aligned industry Sales teams. + You will uncover critical business challenges and demonstrate technical solutions that solve them, painting a vision for audiences from CHROs to end users. You'll partner with Sales to inspire changes that help HR Professionals achieve World-Class results for their organization, workforce, and HR function. + You will collaborate with interdepartmental teams to continuously define standard methodologies for demonstrations and competitive positioning. About your background and qualifications: + You have a strong background in enterprise business applications, with expertise in HCM related technologies a plus. Areas of focus could include Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Time and Labor, and Payroll. + You have industry expertise and domain knowledge in healthcare + You thrive crafting and delivering presentations to groups of diverse responsibility in a variety of settings. + You demonstrate sound independent judgment, initiative, collaboration, and leadership. + You exhibit outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. + Your work experience has a proven record of success in a pre-sale, sales, product management, practitioner or consulting role, solving problems and generating positive customer outcomes. Career Level - IC3 **Responsibilities** As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.
