Role Summary

We are looking for a talented CNC Machinist to join our team! In this role, you will set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments. Your expertise will also extend to fabricating, modifying, or repairing mechanical instruments, as well as maintaining industrial machines. Experience with Horizontal Boring Machines (HBM) is a must!

This is a 2nd shift opportunity , and overtime may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Machines, BMH, Manual Machines, CNC Lathe, VTL, and HBM.
• Carry out routine operational tasks by following established processes.
• Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments like micrometers and dial indicators.
• Read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Understand and follow organizational policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years machining experience in a manufacturing or repair environment.
• High School Diploma / GED with 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Experience operating large machines.
• Proficiency with HBM machines and tooling for line boring.

Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.
